Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, misuse, or unusual activity is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Australia and select international destinations.
Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be rerouted or modified.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or seasonal demand.

5. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms and one-pieces cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase by contacting us at support@florenceandtate.comOnce your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Limitation of Liability
Florence & Tate is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of our products or events beyond our control — including courier delays, customs clearance issues, or technical malfunctions.
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.
